A friend of mine just got a job back east, so he's decided to sell his !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Yes, it's a manual. He's a physicist and takes care of this stuff. I've known his wife for about 20 years and she can attest to his Seinfeldian fastidiousness, if you'd rather take a stranger's word over mine!
